If it's paper, how can it be washed?
Lucky Cow Paper is made by mixing cellulose fibres with small amounts of natural rubber which gives the paper its strength and water resistant properties.
How Do i wash my bag?
Lucky Cow paper is machine washable, however, similar to leather we recommend hand washing and air drying.
Can the paper break?
Lucky Cow Paper is strong and durable but not indestructible. Your bag should not break through ordinary day to day wear and tear. If you deliberately try to damage your Lucky Cow product then yes, you probably will be able to break the paper.
HOW ARE YOUR BAGS VEGAN?
We use absolutely no animal products in our bags or accessories. Our materials are all natural and cruelty free, with our bags made out of paper with cotton lining. Lucky Cow paper is sourced from FSC certified forests making it sustainable as well as vegan.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS RECYCLABLE?
Our products are not recyclable, this is because they are not single use products. They are designed to be used for years and not thrown away after use. Our paper is a technologically advanced textile that recycling plants do not have the capabilities to process.
Do you use plastic packaging?
We have completely cut out single use plastic and don't use any plastic in our packaging. All of our packaging is recyclable.
How many times can I use my bag?
As many times as you like. Our bags are NOT single use items, they are crafted from a strong durable material which like leather will age and create a patina over time.
When do you plant the trees?
At the end of every week we consolidate our orders and plant the relevant number of trees. We are currently supporting the Eden project in Madagascar.
How do I know you've planted my tree?
Our partnership with Tree-Nation gives us detail on every single tree planted. If you would like a certificate for your particular tree please reach out to Info@luckycowpapergoods.co.uk with the date of your purchase and order number.
Can I plant extra trees?
The bigger the product, the more trees we will plant! If you are interested in going further and planting trees yourself, we can introduce you to our partners at Tree-Nation.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We are offering international shipping to Europe and for certain products, the USA. We are working on extending our international shipping offering in the future.

How do I return an item?
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it provided we get your order back within 14 days of receipt, in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached. Please see our refund policy for more details.
